The venue is fairly clean and reasonably spacious. The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent. Thank you all for the enjoyable stay for the last night of my next trip to Japan.

Convenient Location for Morning Flights ✈️

Getting to the airport from here is super easy, especially if you've got an early morning flight.

We ate at a very spacious restaurant for dinner. The bed was really nice with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The venue's position was central.

This venue is spotless with stunning views and a perfect location near terminal 1, offering enough space for a comfortable overnight stay.

Walking distance from airport terminals. Good soundproof windows hence peaceful sleeping possible as airport noise hardly noticeable. Since we had an early morning departure we opted to sleep one night at this hotel and were able to sleep a bit longer.

Friendly staff

Very poor facilities for a 5 star Hotel. No Gym, pool or exercise related facility. No bar, can only get a drink from a vending machine or one of the many resturants, which lack atmosphere. No water/nothing in the fridge in the room and extremeley smalll bathroom.

Excellent food, welcoming service, and exceptional view of the sea and runways. A decent size unit with a perfect decor.- Extremely comfy bed, central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the room.

The staff was respectful, we enjoyed pleasant views of the sunrise, the room was a good size with coffee and a kettle, and the bathroom was functional.

The location (proximity to the airport) was excellent and access to the airport meant access to numerous shops and restaurants as well. The room was very clean, spacious (for Japan), and quiet.

Staff very helpful and friendly and the room was very nice and comfortable.

The pool was closed and the website did not state this. Also, signage from the airport referred only to Aeroplaza and it was not evident that this was the Nikko Hotel. It therefore took me 20 minutes to find reception.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to everything we wanted to visit and just a short 5-minute drive to Kansai International Airport.

As an airport hotel it fulfilled its purpose - very convenient
